- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is on a case by case basis. It all depends on how often they would like to be seen. If they are hour or half hour sessions. How much support they need in the way of phone calls and texting. I do have 3 month , 6 month, 9 and 12 month discounted sessions. The regular fee is approximately $95 per hour. Depending on how much texting support you need there will be an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak to the client first, see what they are looking for and what they would like to work on. It is important to see if you are a good fit together and will work well together. Then we decided how many sessions a week they would like. If they need to text periodically. I have work pages to help them realize what they could be doing that would help them in their issues. They fill out the page before a session and we go over it and it is a great way to help identify their issues. They take them home and have time to really think about what might be holding them back if they are not sure what these things are. It is a great coaching tool. If it is something they are not comfortable with, it is not required. As a Coach I could always help them identify.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Certification in Life Coaching plus have taken many courses in all types of coaching. I do specialize in Mind, Body, Spirituality and Mindfulness. Mindset is a very important part of the healing process.
