- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jennifer - A classically trained chef in both savory and pastry. She earned her Culinary Degree from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. From there, Jennifer went back to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Nutrition and Food Science. During this time she also studied different wines from around the world, passing an introductory sommelier exam. She has continued her training under great chefs around the country including a James Beard Award winning chef in Boston. As a native to upstate New York, she loves using farm fresh ingredients to create innovative dishes that she hopes inspire people.
