Introduction: I have been doing custom woodwork and finishes for over 30 years and decided in 2013 that it was time to get my own business started. In these 30 years I have learned how to listen to my customer and when you listen the customer gets exactly what they want because I understand what their needs are. I do not cut corners It doesn't take long before my customer see that their satisfaction is paramount . Standing back and taking a look at the finish product. I love it.

I have no complaints, Soto's custom woodwork did a great job on refinishing my kitchen cabinets. The color and finish was exactly what I wanted and imagined it to look like. He is very professional and exact. I will defiantly use his services again and highly recommend him as well.

We loved the communication and the finished product. It was one of the few things that good on this remodel. Mr. Soto made us a wonderful piece of furniture that we are very proud of.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge $260 a linear foot for kitchen cabinets. This price is for each indiviual roll of cabinets. If you have base cabinets and upper cabinets on the same wall then these are considered 2 rolls of cabinets. As for Custom finishes on existing cabinets then my price varies. A typical kitchen refinish is about $1,500.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All my customers are important to me. After all i want them to call me back one day. So I Have to say that I deal with a new customer the way I would with a returning customer. I know no other way.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with both Picky customers and really easy to please customers. My experience in commercial millwork has taught me how to work with anyone. If you listen and pay attention you can make anyone happy.
