- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not quote price by the hour, we bid by the job. We always price fair, but we price what we are worth. We do not ask for our customers to provide cleaners. We know what works for each task and to get something thoroughly cleaned. We use only the best cleaners. Sometimes customers need special and different things to customize their own needs. There is always the same two people in your home (myself & my sister). We also have a helper that may come along. However, you are never charged more than our quoted price. We do provide references. However, we do not disclose our customer's name or provide photo’s of their homes unless we get permission to do so for a reference or referral. Your name alway's remains private.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a family owned business. We are sisters and work very well together. We have a routine and know exactly what the other one is doing so that nothing gets missed. We love to get to know our customers and want them to be as comfortable with us as we are with them. Our customers are like family to us and we treat their homes as if they were our own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed, insured and trained by the best! We take certain measures to make sure your home is safely sanitized and no germs or allergens are left behind. There is never any cross contamination because we use clean, throw away cleaning cloths. Each item is cleaned with fresh cloths and thrown away for your safety & ours. We also use a professional pet & allergy vacuum cleaner that guarantees 99.9% of all dust and allergies removed from all types of flooring.
