Introduction: I have a lot of enthusiasm for what I do, and I think that helps to motivate my clients. I feel amazing every day. I have loads of energy and I am proud of my body. I want my clients to feel the same way, and after working with me, they do. I love seeing people's bodies transform, whether that's setting a goal to lose a certain amount of weight and reaching it, or becoming stronger and being able to measure that. It's also great to see people learn to love living healthfully.

Thus far so good. Erika is a good trainer. It helps a lot that she is knowledgeable and more about nutrition and weight loss. Ultimately, we the client have to do the work and follow the directions. He diet works well if we follow it to a tee. I am happy and looking forward to be a better me as a result.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All the time! I re-certify every two years, and I am currently studying to become a Holistic Nutritionist. My most recent re-certification was through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and I was certified as a Weight Loss Specialist.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I help clients to lose weight, build muscle and if they are interested in nutritional counseling, I help them to eat healthy while still enjoying food. It's important to find a way to enjoy healthy living, or you're not going to stick to it.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I recently started training a man approaching his 40th birthday. He was having trouble losing weight, and was concerned about his health and being around for his young children. Within three months, I helped him to lose 30 pounds! It feels great knowing he achieved his health and fitness goals.
