Jeremy is a great trainer; he's intuitive, knowledgeable, and offers a wide range of workouts. I'm an older, overweight female whose goal is to get healthy. I'd tried a trainer before and couldn't move for three days after the consultation! Jeremy listened to my concerns, as well as what exercises interested me. He started with low-impact activities, short reps, and moderate weights. Over the summer, Jeremy provided varied workouts, focusing on every muscle in my body - and it paid off! Jeremy did measurements and I had lost nearly eleven inches all over! As well as one:one workouts, Jeremy provides sound food plans, suggestions when you workout on your own, lots of humor, and TONS of moral support. He's made me actually enjoy getting on the elliptical! Great guy!

Very friendly guy, Free consultation. Like the strategy he created to help me reach short and long term goals. Jeremy is very flexible with your schedule and is understanding when you have something that pops up. You can earn free sessions which is always a plus and I like when he lets you bring a partner into your training session. Very affordable compared to most trainers. The sweat shop fitness environment is great, very positive and motivational. While I trained with Jeremy I was losing 3-5 pounds/week plus gaining muscle and strength. I think the hardest task for me was to lose body fat without losing muscle and this guy Jeremy has this job down to a science. He motivated me to go back to school and study this trade and become a fitness trainer/coach!!!

When I met Jeremy two years ago, I hadn’t worked out in many years and dreaded the idea of starting again for fear of injury and failure. Jeremy has been nothing but professional, understanding, and effective from the start. Jeremy is excellent in communicating about appointments and progress, and he is highly responsive and flexible to the needs of each customer. I have a career where my hours are varied and unpredictable, yet Jeremy manages to work with my schedule and accommodate days when our original appointments will not be met. Every workout is tailored to me, and Jeremy teaches me how to do each exercise or machine properly before starting, boosting my interest in exercise and preventing injury. In addition, when I was injured (due to work injuries and surgery), Jeremy researched rehabilitation specific to my injuries and supplemented my therapy with modified workouts until I was fully recovered. Whether Jeremy meets me at a gym or at my home, each workout is effective and unique, which keeps my interest in continuing the workouts while keeping me in shape. I can not recommend Jeremy enough, whether you’re an experienced fitness nut or a beginner like me.
