- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may be one of the best in the DFW Metroplex, but we strive to maintain fair and reasonable pricing practices in all services we deliver to the community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with anyone begins at ground zero with getting to know them. Whether you're an individual, or a large company, your needs will be unique, and we want to find out how to best help you. We start with a private tour of our world-class facilities. This allows the prospective student to meet us in a one-on-one atmosphere where we can fully appreciate and answer any questions about our services they may have. It also gives prospective students a look at exactly the type of training that they will receive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cornerstone Martial Arts & Leadership Academy instructors are highly-trained professionals with multiple accreditations and certifications. At bare minimum, instructors with Cornerstone are internationally-certified Black Belt instructors of the Martial Arts, whose credentials are backed by the full faith of The Atlantic-Pacific Tang Soo Do Federation. Some instructors have further certification or accreditation.
