- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing in New York City is $200 up to $1,250 for "Executive Coaching" per hour for THUMBTACK customers. If larger groups or seminars over 25 to a few 100 or so, I charge a bit more. Obviously, some customers want to meet only a few times and others want meet more often - it is all relative. I believe by meeting in person it is a much more efficient way to get where my client wants to go as I can see certain nuances that I can correct easier than on Skype or on the phone. I've found in my life that you get what you pay for...and a premium possibly to other Providers can make a huge difference in the clients life. HOWEVER, I work with my clients budgets so if a potential customer is not a big time executive they will pay less and get the same service having the same energy, enthusiasm and excellence. My goal is to help any client who is looking to move forward with their lives!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I want to find out about my clients background and challenges/goals as quickly as I can and start moving forward so I don't waste their time or money (prior to a Session I ask my clients on specifically what they want to address in each Session in addition to my agenda). As they speak I listen intently to what they say and do not say and especially watch their body language which, gives me an idea how to deal with my client. I want them to clearly and objectively reflect back to you their inner passions, values, priorities, talents and obstacles. I'll hold them accountable so they will complete their chosen goals. I want them to embrace the session, learn, have fun (at times) and leave soaring. As important as ever, after a session or before the next session, I welcome my clients emailing me with concerns, questions or input -- at NO CHARGE. I want them to know at the end of our working together...they will be a different person - confident, more aware of themselves and excited about the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have spent over twenty-five (25) years as an Executive in many different platforms and have developed formulas that work relative to whom I am coaching. They work! I was privileged to take courses and become a Certified Life Coach but nothing takes the place of EXPERIENCE in the REAL WORLD.
