Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My work stands out on its own merit. After 45 years of perfecting my craft, which has been handed down for three generations. Every job I perform becomes like a very fond family member as I build with love and honor for the One who has blessed me. I make a point of making my results as to a benefit to my clients whom usually become friends and family. I take pride in my work and it always reveals itself when completed. The most enjoyable aspect of my work is a happy client who will be satisfied and become friends and therefore refer me to their friends so I can meet new friends and so on and so on. I love to please people. Most people can look at a brick and it looks like a brick, and to quote one of my clients, "I saw a brick but you saw a building block" I have a visionary mind and am able to turn my clients dreams into reality.

Mark May has done multiple construction in my home for many, many years. He is amazing and is an outstanding person. Never ever had any complaints and I've recommended him to multiple friends who have used his services. I would never think of hiring anyone else to work in my home. He's honest, hard working, completing a project on time and his fees are more than reasonable. As our relationship through projects in our home, we've become fast friends as well as a customer/worker relationship. He receives my highest recommendation. Suzie Matthews

Be warned. Make sure everything is detailed out in your estimate. Not generalized. Spent a lot of money I did not really have and still don't have a finished bathroom. 1200 for "walls" apperntly only mean patching drywall and nailing some new drywall up. No paint and I still have straight drywall up in 2 sections. Over 2000 for tiled did not include sealing the tile. And the wall tile is uneven. Not horribly so, but enough that I notice. My tub drain also does not seal until the tub is more than half full. At that point it won't open. Several of the air vents on the tub are blocked with something white We discussed a lot of other small things that did not get don't because all he wrote down was general terms like "walls" and "electrical". And even though he said we can do that, we will take care of this it was not include in the quote. I am going to have pay someone else to finish this bath and just live with the tile job, because I can't afford to have it redone.

Teramar does a superb job! I am a realtor and I count on Mark and his staff to do top-tier quality work for a fair price. They are honest and I've never ever received any complaints. They're the best!

Mark and his crew tackled a difficult job that several other contractors walked away from. They were professional, reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. After reattaching the front wall of our home after replacing part of our foundation, they repaired some sheetrock, matching our texture. The result is a secure foundation and wall, as well as interior work that looks amazing. I definitely will be using Mark and Teramar again in the future!
