Introduction: Jenny is the owner of Femme Fitale Fitness, a women's only gym and personal training studio in League City, TX. Personal training clients receive a workout plan tailored to meet their goals, an individualized macronutrient report (so you know exactly how many calories, carbs, protein, fat, etc you should consume per day), meal plans, supplement plan, water schedule, and personal support in and out of the gym. Clients begin with a free one on one meeting in which Jenny will consult with them on their goals and assess their personal fitness levels. Clients are also taken through an physical assessment to determine if any muscle imbalances are present. Individuals under doctor supervision must obtain a doctors release before beginning a workout routine. Our mission is to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental gym setting for women to achieve their fitness goals!

Jenny is an awesome trainer. If you follow what she says, you will see results. She provided me with a diet, water instructions, supplements, and workout plan. She makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly so you avoid an injury. She is dedicated and helps you achieve your goals. I highly recommend Jenny if you truly want to achieve your goals!

I have been going to Jenny for about 8 months now and every time I go, I enjoy it. I recently graduated college, and played volleyball all four years. I never had to work out on my own time. When I graduated I had no idea how to workout alone, what exercises were the best, or what type of foods I should intake for the best results. Since I have been going to Jenny, I am able to workout by myself on days we do not meet and I have seen major result just by changing my diet. Even on the days I'm not really feeling the gym, she always motivates me to do better for myself. She has definitely changed my perspective on fitness and pushes me to do better!

Jenny is an amazing trainer! I have been training with her for just over 1 year...beginning with a personal assessment, she trains you based on your fitness level and makes sure your form is on point. She is super friendly, but tough when you need her to be....she knows when you're ready for the next level. Super knowledgeable....her workouts are always challenging and motivating. Get ready to sweat and get results!!!

Jenny's training at The Iron Den with Pink Sweat Fitness is amazing. Not only have I started to see results but I feel more confident with my body more and more everyday. She is a great trainer if you're looking to tone, lose weight, or gain muscle. She can do it all with a macros meal plan, water schedule, supplement plan etc. And she even gives you a basic timeline for how long it should take you to reach your goals. I chose to do a 7.5 week program and it's almost over! I almost wish I had longer just because I have enjoyed it so much and I want to push myself further! Truly motivating!
