Kavita is my therapist, and I am so lucky that I found her because my life is transforming in ways I never could have imagined.
I found her through a series of unexpected events. Long story short, I ran into an old friend, joined him for dinner with another friend of his, and his friend recommended Kavita based on something I said in passing. I'm so glad.
I hate to think about where I would be now if I hadn't found her. I've seen therapists before, but it wasn't the same. I think that's because Kavita does way more than "talk therapy," and I feel like that's magically changing my brain.
