The release candidate is a total mind and body transformation program. I was lucky to be part of phase one and experience it with 12 other candidates. I'm so fortunate to say this program made one of my dreams come true. I've always wanted to go up on stage and do a show and this program made it happen! If you want a life changing experience this program will do it. For 90 days you will be coached in many areas. It is definitely an amazing program. The bonds you get with the fellow candidates is something you can't just get anywhere. The happiness you feel after 90 days of seeing yourself transform is the best feeling in the world. The high after going on stage to showcase your results and journey is the best part! I love this program!

The Release Candidate program really helped me change my mindset and in turn, change my life. It helped me change the way I think about myself, and instead of looking in the mirror in disgust, I look with love.I don't find things I hate about myself, I find areas where I can improve. I also achieved a lot of "firsts" while doing the program, things I've never done in my lifetime until I joined the program. I did my first unassisted pull-up/chin-up, I hit my 100lb weight loss mark, I went to the beach without a shirt on, I got my first(and hopefully last) girlfriend ever. I've become a better friend, a better lover, a better leader, and a better person in general and I can't wait to grow more because there will always be room to improve, and there will always be something new to learn.
