Tine is honestly the best trainer I have ever met and worked with. I worked with Tine for almost 3-4 months now. She was able to work with me on my individual dietary restrictions (I have IBS and acid reflux) and needs as well as to formulate a workout plan that fit my individual needs, schedule, and my limitations while still challenging me. She is very understanding and reliable. She always shows up on time and is very flexible with working with my schedule. Really loved working with her and I was able to get motivated enough to be healthier! The workouts she gave me were challenging, helpful, and variable so it's always learning something new! She also kept my Asthma in mind and made sure to consistently check up on me and catered the work out so that I would be able to control my asthma better. I am so fortunate she was able to help me out with controlling my asthma and trying to increase my lung capacity in workouts. Her customizable workouts and homework helped me stay fit even when I wasn't in the gym training with her. She's a bright and happy person and is very motivating and inspirational. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My base price is $70 per hour. I do offer package discounts and payment plans for each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First I set up a complimentary fitness consultation. The fitness consultation gives the client the chance to meet me in person, see the facility environment, and ask questions. Then I can begin to formulate an outline for a fitness routine and share that before the client makes their hiring decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am required to complete 20 hours of CEC courses every two years in order to keep my ACE Certified Personal Trainer credentials. CEC courses are reviewed and approved by ACE and continually change based on the most recent and verified scientific data.
