FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and requires a finessed budget. This way, I am able to price each job with some flexibility according to budget and specific needs of the client. I'm happy to negotiate to a point we're both happy with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I engage them in the creation process as much as possible. I ask questions about their vision and listen to what they want, then translate that to an end product involving them in each step along the way. I feel like we really have to communicate often in the beginning until we can learn each other's communication style and eventually build that trust that only comes with time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA from the Academy of Art University as well as 4 years experience working with high volume clients like Gap, Banana Republic, Restoration Hardware, to small boutique brands like Waffles and Honey and Blossom Coffee.
