It was a delight to worth with Lou and Keith. They were a laugh a minute! The project took longer then expected because of some weird problems our old house had. I know it frustrated both of them even more than it did us. Lou kept us informed about the project and made sure they were doing what we wanted. When extra work or products called for extra expense, he let me know and was reasonable in pricing. The final result is absolutely beautiful and we are very happy with the bathroom and the safety features added as we grow older.Sep 17, 2018Verified
Louis really knows what he's doing! He gave me a quote and helped brainstorm ideas about what would look good for a new deck in the backyard. Once he started, he was very communicative and did quality work. Would recommend and hire again!Aug 7, 2018Verified
My shower needed to be finished and Lou did it. It was great working with Lou.Apr 7, 2018Verified
Currently in progress. Everything has been great so far. Louis has walked through the entire process, and explained everything that we've asked. We are looking forward to continuing to work with him.Apr 4, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There is such a wide range of work that we perform and each project usually has its own set of circumstances that come a;long with it. We give a solid quote after once seeing the project and all that it entails.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Upon meeting a potential customer I feel that it is my responsibility to put the customer at ease. I let them explain to me what they are desiring and try to give pointers if they are new to construction and or remodeling. I want them to understand that I want them to be able to get the quantity and the quality for their money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Close to 40 years of experience. From concrete to roofing and everything in between.
