- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At SLO Safe Ride we do not cut any corners on safety or customer service. We guarantee complete satisfaction and that you will get tremendous value out of our services. The amount of detail and care that we put into the transportation is built into the price and we think you will agree that it is totally worth it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect all of the details about the requested transportation. This helps us plan out the best options for your specific charter. Then, we present the customer with vehicle options, vehicle photos, and pricing. If any of the options look good, we send the customer a digital contract. Once that contract is signed, your vehicle and date are reserved!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
