- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I charge a flat fee for each return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with a client by telephone initially to get acquainted. I then send a questionnaire to be completed and list of any documents that I will need to prepare the return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an attorney with an additional masters degree in tax law from Georgetown University. For many years my law practice was concentrated on employee benefits, which is based in tax as well as labor law. I've also had excellent training as a manager for one season and an ongoing volunteer with a non-profit community tax preparation organization.
