- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have hourly and transfer rates for all of our vehicles. Please call or request a quote for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inform any new clients about availability and pricing, and send personalized quotes with as much information as possible. If there is not enough information sent to us from a client, or if we have any questions, we will inform them and ask for what we need to submit a proper quote with our best pricing. Furthermore, if there are any special requests, we take that information and plan ahead so that their VIP experience begins from the moment the limousine rolls up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team here has sales and marketing experience with the transportation industry. We have this coupled with dedicated researchers for marketing and our fleet, as well as social media and online content management. All of our chauffeurs are professionally trained and licensed.
