- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with flat fee for recurrent cleaning sessions and by hour for "one-time" services; for example: Move in / Move out, fall cleaning, special occasions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your Thumbtack request I reply with an email estimate within 24 hours. Once the estimate is sent we typically close the deal in 48 hours.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been making the houses in the northwest shiny clean for the past 7 years in WA after servicing the state of Florida for 5 years.
