I needed to have the outside of my villa, lanai and driveway power washed, since I had no idea where to start calling and being hearing about Homeadvisors.com, I started there, submitted my info, then immediately received a call from Vision Pro Home Services. Jenny was very nice, professional and patient with my request. She told me that a technician was available to come out the next day and would give me a free estimate for what I needed. Yeah, sure I thought...nothing is free. So Dave arrived at my house, the next day, to give a free estimate and it was less than what I had expected to pay for the work and he had time to do it that day. Wow! I was totally blown away, because of past experiences, dealing with handy guys here in Estero area. My villa looked as if it were repainted...beautiful. He did a very thorough job and was very nice to work with. I asked him about repairing a few other things around and he gave me another free estimate and I'm scheduled to have some things done soon. I am going to share my new guy with all of my snowbird friends coming back in a few weeks. Thanks Vision Pro Home Services. You guys rock!

Dave has done several jobs for us . . . repairing and painting wall, painting outdoor light fixtures, installing kitchen faucet and bedroom outlet, cleaning windows, etc. He was always on time, fast, and very meticulous in his work. We plan to have him back to totally update our garage. Wonderful young man!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs difficulty and skill level determine the flat rate given therefore if the tasks takes me longer the customer will not be responsible to pay additional. As I am meticulous in my work. Small basic tasks if charged hourly is $60.00. * customer provided materials* Light bulbs replaced, filters installed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each job details are very different so we do not have a set process. However, If the job is very detailed we go to the home and estimate it, If it is basic and enough information is provided I can give quote via email with customer providing pictures. Once accepted a date is scheduled for work to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 36 years old and for the past 18 years I have worked in the construction field. I pride myself in my work and decided to use my talents to start my business.
