- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like flat- fee pricing best. This allows me to communicate freely without having to charge for every minute in texting or phone conversations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get all things finalized by phone and email but am thrilled to meet with anyone any time in person. I just want to make your legal situation as small of an impact in your life as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a CPA as well as an attorney. So I have a unique ability to evaluate the financial aspects of your situation. Also I was a family law client. I know and have empathy for what you're going through.
