Sam exceeded my expectations in every way! Repairing sliding glass doors can be tricky especially when the are 9 feet tall, like ours. The job looked like it would be as simple as buying replacement rollers, but the doors are more than 12 years old and discontinued, so he had to go through the painstaking process of drill the rivets off of the broken wheels (four of them), hammering new rivets into the new wheels, grinding the rivets down so that the wheels could fit into the casing, and then putting them back into the sliding glass door. It was an hourly job and he was well aware that he was "on the clock" the whole time. He used a sense of urgency I've never seen before even when having to drive to several stores locating the parts. My door did not work this well when it was brand new and I will absolutely hire him again!
