- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I'm currently in the process of completing my Hootsuite certification. And I'm also active in the San Antonio WordPress community.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For web design, always ask for work samples. If they're just getting started and don't have any, then give them an idea of what you want on your website and ask them to do a mock-up. For social media, ask if they also do content writing and graphic design. Some social media managers include blog writing and graphic creating in their services, while others don't.
