- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to gather a few more details from my clients through a digital pre-consultation questionnaire. Once I have had a chance to read through their answers, I will create an idea board before we even have a consultation. That way, I am already thinking about ideas that I can bring to the table. If they give me specific vendors they may want to work with, I will take the liberty of checking their availability for the clients desired date. I will then schedule a 1-hour free consultation (either in person or on the phone) to go over their questionnaire and discuss their needs. I will then build a quote for them based on their planning needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in retail management for over 20 years, and was responsible for planning many corporate and charity events. I over saw 14 separate retail locations and helped plan events for them on a monthly basis.
