So much of traditional wedding planning is in the trust and keeping of the Bride, sometimes instilled over the course of a lifetime. When planning my wedding with my husband-to-be, none of that training or information had really came to either of us. The task of shaping the event we envisioned was overwhelming! Angie helped scale the perspective and lead us to the resources we needed to get started. When the time came to make decisions she offered advice without taking away choices and only intervened if I was flailing. It was a great boon to the eventual success of our big day!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to gather a few more details from my clients through a digital pre-consultation questionnaire. Once I have had a chance to read through their answers, I will create an idea board before we even have a consultation. That way, I am already thinking about ideas that I can bring to the table. If they give me specific vendors they may want to work with, I will take the liberty of checking their availability for the clients desired date. I will then schedule a 1-hour free consultation (either in person or on the phone) to go over their questionnaire and discuss their needs. I will then build a quote for them based on their planning needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in retail management for over 20 years, and was responsible for planning many corporate and charity events. I over saw 14 separate retail locations and helped plan events for them on a monthly basis.
