What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer one-on-one private sessions & group sessions (parties) regarding cooking for new clients depending on their specific diet or health needs. I also offer one-on-one facilitation for those suffering from blocked emotions, food allergies or immune related conditions like leaky gut, IBS or diabetes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified integrative health coach, have a degree in Nutritional Sciences & have owned a Nutritional Counseling business for 15 years prior to currently offering my coaching & chef services in Orange County. I am a member of several health organizations who educate medical practitioners like me, on the latest in health, supplementation & lifestyle choices. I also partner with local integrative doctors, chiropractors & wellness centers to support their patients on food-health-sports injury issues. I have currently been certified as a Clearing Toxic Emotions Practitioner to work with those who suffer with blocked emotions such as: guilt, blame, shame, resentment, angry & loss.

I offer health consultations by phone or Skype for an investment of $147.00 per session. I also offer an "in person" consultation for an investment of $197.00 per session in their home or at a local café. This package includes, a health assessment, consultation, meal plans, recommended exercises/activities & materials to support their health challenges. I also offer cooking classes in the home or act as a personal chef for teaching and entertainment for parties of 2-8 people at a rate of $75/per hour.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My inspiration came from being a corporate professional who traveled for years on the road & became ill due to stress, poor eating and fatigue. This affected my immune system. I made a decision to get healthy and inspire others to take control of their health and lifestyle. My health vs my career became my priority. I have never regretted that decision because now I am rewarded by inspiring others to shop, cook & eat clean foods to raise their blocked energy & live the lifestyle they choose to live. Aging does not mean you lose mobility or the ability to live a energetic, radiant lifestyle!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly work with corporate professionals, business travelers, single parents w/kids & baby boomers. I am an Integrative (Food-Energy-Emotions) Specialist and Clean Foods Chef who focuses on: raising Energy, food allergies, block emotions, toxicity in the body & home. I also offer personal chef & cooking services for parties and small groups who want to learn to cook and get healthy with natural foods.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I worked with a man in corporate who had problems working with different cultures and a female boss. This caused him anxiety and stress daily so he was gaining weight. He had always been in good shape. We worked on his people skills, quick meals & snacks, and exercises to relieve his anxiety to lower his stress levels. He ended up feeling good enough to quit his job and got a better job. In 3 months he lost 20 lbs & is much happier in his new role at a new technology company.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Speak with an Immune Specialist, Health Practitioner or Nutritionist first before going to your GP (gatekeeper) doctor. Most doctors only receive 8 hrs teaching in nutrition only, no allergy or immune issues. What motivated them to do their line of work? Have they suffered through similar conditions so they understand your pain, frustration and motivation for needing to make a change in your health? Do they take the time to listen and understand your symptoms, history and supplement protocol? What worked, what did not work? Do they look healthy and live an active lifestyle?

What's included in their package offering? Is it customized to meet your needs?
Has the health practitioner personally lived through similar health challenges or work with clients with similar issues?
Is their education recent and do they actively update their education?
Do they feel a connection with the potential health practitioner or chef?
