Registers were extremely dirty and needed a deep wash. This was the only additional charge that you received which totaled only $24. We always make our customers aware of the trip charge via our introduction as you were before you decided to hire us. We asked if you wanted the dryer vent cleaning service in advance in which you approved beforehand. You were also given specific instructions to send check via postal mail is you did not want to pay the invoice processing fee. Please contact me for further clarification if needed. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to get to know what the customer's needs are first and foremost. We like to begin with a brief phone conversation with the customer to determine what scope of work they need. We will ask some basic questions to determine the best plan of action. If you have an issue with extra dust in your home, or you notice a strange smell when the HVAC system turns on, or if your clothes aren't finished drying at the end of the drying cycle - we want to know what's going on so that we can get down to the bottom of the problem and provide you with a solution.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We work with a variety of customers; from homeowners, to real estate agents, landlords and property managers, salons, spas, health clubs, apartment complexes and senior living communities.
