I am a CEO of a company and assigned my niece the task of finding us as a personal trainer. Having a busy schedule, chronic back pain, and turning 48, I wanted to feel better, reduce my stress, and look hot(i'm cute and i dont want the jigle/ i want to look hotter with age.). We interviewed one other personal posted on thumbtack which was interesting to say the least. Cheryl was out second "interview" and I signed up immediately after our first workout. She is a breath of fresh air witha. great personality. after running my company for 10+ hours a day, she comes in with an amazing bubbly personality. She lights up a room and turns my mood from stressed to focused. We have had 3 workouts to date and are looking forward to keeping up working out 4 times a week with Cheryl. She motivates without pressure. Somehow, she makes exercise fun. I knew I wanted to get healthier and I knew if i did not make a commitment, it would never happen. If i have appointments for business or pleasure i always keep them. So i decided to commit myself with scheduled workout days and times. no excuses. i will let you all know how the first month goes.
