Introduction: I am offering lessons in yoga and/or Pilates to students of all ages and abilities. I have been teaching yoga for 3 years and, recently, obtained a Pilates Mat certification.
Lessons can be catered to individual client's needs. My classes are focused on a deeper understanding of the self through movement, breath, and an open mind!
Experience with group classes, private lessons, corporate yoga, and guided meditation.
