If you're looking for a personal trainer to feel accomplished, keep you company, and give you a good reason to get to the gym, then you should look elsewhere. Zack is off-the-charts intense, but he's extremely personable, detailed, and aware of your strengths and your limits, and HE WILL CHANGE YOU if you commit! After working with him on and off for over 10 years and witnessing his gains and evolution in health/fitness training concepts, I can guarantee that Zack will help you accomplish your fitness goals if you let him. Zack is also very in-tune with his mental/spiritual/emotional health, and his positive attitude and energy will probably rub off with you for other aspects of life.

I loved working out with Zack and was pretty upset when I relocated out of state for work. We met every morning at 6am and I don't think I could have found a better person to handle me at that hour. (And for a workout!) I actually sought him out after working out with him in a previous gym group setting and am so glad I did. He catered the workouts to my fitness level and tweaked them based upon my injuries. I never once doubted his circuits and weight recommendations; if I felt I wasn't seeing results it's only because I wasn't pushing myself hard enough. He took his work seriously and though I hated him for those 45mins (and told him) I knew I was getting a good workout in and he made the time go by quickly.... And he let me pick my own music. :) I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer that will do more than put together simple circuits and count reps.

My name is Linda and I am 61 years young. I have been working out with Zack since April 2011. I started out with 3 days a week and have progressed to 5 days a week. I love the variety of planned workouts specifically geared to my needs. It only takes a short time for him to determine your limits in the exercises. Just before you reach what you thought was your limit, Zack tells you a bit of workout trivia to take your mind off of what you're doing. Before you know it, you have gone further in the exercise than you thought you could. He is patient, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable in fitness and training. Zack has worked with men and women in all age groups and physical conditions. My doctor was able to reduce my high blood pressure medication by half due to my consistent workouts. I have trained with Zack for several years. He is knowledgeable on what I need as well as guides me with my nutritional intake to help me meet my weight-loss goal (I'm kind of a lard-a**). I had knee surgery and Zack worked with me to overcome that surgery. I've been present when he is finishing or starting other people's sessions & see how he tailors their workouts to fit their body-type, age, and goals. He is also a professional in that when he was training me early in the morning, he was always there, cheerful & ready to "GO TO WORK". I have had experiences with other trainers that put me thru the same routine, week in & week out. Zack changes your routine so you are exercising the entire body. He's also cognizant of any health issues a person might have & works with you to safely tailor a program for you. I've seen great results during my training with Zack and look forward to continuing my results. By dropping some weight, I've had some of my health conditions & medicine intake reduced, too!!

Zack is an excellent trainer. I have been with him going on 4 years. He keeps his clients motivated and listens to their goals. Training is Zack's passion not just his job. This I find to be a true differentiator from other trainers I've worked with over the years.
