- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically it's $75 an hour but if the individual wants further consulting on diet, nutrition or lifestyle, something can be arranged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess the abilities and needs of the individual then put them through some asana and onto meditation or what ever else the session calls for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently certified with a 1000hr yoga teacher training as well as a Bachelors degree in Eastern Arts. This includes but is not limited to Vipassana and Shamata meditation, Hatha asana yoga, Buddhism, Confucianism, Daoism, Hinduism.
