I was only able to select three items about why I liked working with Matt, but I would have preferred to choose all five--professionalism, value, work quality, responsiveness and punctuality. He was in touch 30 minutes after I made my on-line appointment and was going to be in my area the day before my requested time so we made arrangements for him to come over after completion of his previous job. By looking at photos I provided he came up with a better repair plan than I was anticipating which resulted in a far more stable mailbox than I had in the past. He said he was 50% handyman and 50% MacGyver and isn't that exactly what you want when you are having repairs done? I feel like I have a found a local handyman I can now rely on for things I can't do on my own.
