Absolutely amazing! The smell of the carpets when we moved in was driving me insane. I woke up this morning after having the carpetscleaned feeling SO much better. They look, feel, and smell so fresh. My husband and I both agreed we would even have Tom come back out to do regular cleanings just because we have a young child! He was super personable, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their carpetscleaned!
