A great experience all around, we WILL hire them again and encourage you to use True North. We hired them to help with my elderly parents' move out of their home into a senior living facility. It was a job that had different boxes and furniture going to their new place in Chugiak, as well as other items coming back into Anchorage to our home. We used flagging tape to identify which items went where and the crew followed the flags and loaded, transported, and unloaded the trailer smartly and gently, knowing that these were all treasured belongings. William and the team were all focused, SUPER polite, and handled the *heavy* items (and all the walls and stairways they had to negotiate) and delicate items with care. They were; on time, worked efficiently and with smiles, polite and professional, were a great value, Thank you William and crew!

True North Services! If I could, I would pick all 5 of the above attributes. William, William and ( I’m so sorry I can’t remember the other young man’s name) were ready willing and able to move our refrigerator, washer, dryer and numerous other large items. And it was difficult move as stair were involved. I was very impressed with their professionalism, politeness and all around attitudes. If you have any need for help around your house or business, this company is the one for you! They are True North Alaskan entrepreneurs!
