We are a family-based company. Our mission is to give our clients the best customer service with Trained and skilled workers. We are here to help you with your everyday chore needs, available in case of any emergency. We pride our service on Excellency being detail oriented to our customer needs. We are licensed and bonded in the state of Alaska. We make sure all of our staff is efficient and background screened before entering anyone’s home. We understand that life gives us challenges and a lot of chores to do but not enough time to do them all. Here at Chore Buddies we like to feel that we can help assist you with those chores. Chore Buddies handled our needs with professionalism, and a smile. They arrived when they said they would. They completed the work on time and they followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the job. For a small and upcoming company, they performed as well or better than some larger companies I have hired. I will definitely being calling on Chore Buddies again in the near future. In fact, I have asked and have received a quote for another job from them.

Chore Buddies showed up in a SUV asking me if I have rented a U-Haul truck yet. I informed Mike that I wasn't told I needed to have a truck. He proceed to tell me it was going to cost me an additional $40 for the U-Haul. I said fine since I needed to move my belongings that day. When they returned with the truck he said he wasn't going to charge me because it was his mistakes (like that). They moved quickly to move my things out of the apartment (no breakage) but when they arrived at my new apartment they started to complain about having stairs (I hate stairs). I later found out (after they had left) they sat all of my belongings at the top of the stairs and in my kitchen area. I had to move the boxes (some heavy) so that I could get into my kitchen, living room area. That is why I am giving them a average rating.

Chore Buddies prices are based on square footage of the property, the number of rooms, bathrooms, and on a scale of how clean property is prior to cleaning. All our prices have been based on comparisons from other cleaning services nationwide.

Obtain customers contact information, schedule a walk through on customers property to get exact measurements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employees complete professional training for our all services we provide.
