Cindy H. says, "“5 stars! Chess from Electroworks was able to come out on a short notice to repair an electrical burn and a hot wall. I panicked at 3pm when I smelled an electrical burn. I immediately started feeling walls by outlets, lights, old panel inside home. I felt a hot wall. I panicked because who am I going to get to come put at 3pm. I pulled up thumbtack and put in a request knowing it was going to be a long shot. Within 30 minutes I got a response. Chess said hi what is the address? I’m 16 minutes away. Please turn off all your lights. He was very prompt, honest, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem in a home that was built in 1944. He cut out the wall inside the home then had to go outside by the electrical panel and cut through the T1-11. He found the burnt up wire and replaced the whole wire with new wire. He was very clean and attentive to keeping the area clean. My Sister and I held flashlights for him so that he could see. Chess explained the work, provided a clear plan, and cleaned up everything afterward. The wiring was very neat and safe and everything works perfect. I will most definitely use him again.
