They cleaned our ducts, leveled one of our HVAC units, fixed our bathroom vents (noise and venting to roof instead of attic). The job took 3 days. They cleaned up after themselves and did a very thorough job. We are bringing them back to exchange Mercury thermostats for smart ones.

Although they responded quickly- I had already contacted someone to come out and tell me what was wrong with my Hot Water Heater. Sadly nothing could be found wrong with it except it was old and the pilot had gone out. After being re-list and check written the other company left -- the next morning.. pilot is out again. I reached back out to 3D Air because I had found out they can assist with Financing (depending on your credit)- They came out today and after diligent work on their end, financing was approved and they will be out tomorrow (1 day turn around) to install the NEEDED Hot Water Heat pump (I am not a fan of cold showers) -- Thank you 3D for taking my call- working so hard and going BEYOND ANY EXPECTATIONS I COULD HAVE IMAGINED..
