I purchased a condominium that was left very unclean, it had to be cleaned to be able to paint. I contacted Wendy to do this “move in” job. She texted back in 10 min. We set up an estimate the next day and she did the job the next. She and her crew did an excellent job, especially in the bathrooms on the sliding shower door tracks that were unsightly. I plan to use her again after the rehab. Five thumbs up!!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the cleaning of my apartment!! It felt incredible to come home to a spotless environment, I have two very long haired cats & so it gets a little gross. Everything was spotless & I will definitely be rebooking this service in the future. Very thankful!!

Wendolyn’s cleaning group was amazing! They were very professional with setting up a review of my home and a cleaning schedule. The first cleaning was amazing. I have two dogs that shed and they managed to get all the dog hair from my home. They even went above and beyond with small touches such as folding the ends of my toilet paper to look like a rose! Easy payment method and I felt safe leaving my house to them. Can’t wait to keep working with them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and competitive prices according to the size of the job, and what type of cleaning is needed.
I try to work with my customers and their budget, and set a price we all agree on that is fair for both.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look at the house and what is needed, talk to the customer about their estimate and what is included. Then we can begin cleaning!
If there is something you are not happy with, please let me know, and I will be sure to address your concern.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35 years of experience cleaning homes. I learned from my mother who was a hard working woman and took pride in her work.
