- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and competitive prices according to the size of the job, and what type of cleaning is needed. I try to work with my customers and their budget, and set a price we all agree on that is fair for both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look at the house and what is needed, talk to the customer about their estimate and what is included. Then we can begin cleaning! If there is something you are not happy with, please let me know, and I will be sure to address your concern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35 years of experience cleaning homes. I learned from my mother who was a hard working woman and took pride in her work.
