- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and meet the customer. Then talk to them about what they're looking for. Then we can go from there on discussing pricing. I like to be sure they're happy with the price and the work. Then hopefully they will be repeat customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad was a firefighter and started doing this a while back. He needed some help so naturally he called me. I really enjoyed helping so I just stuck with it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all kinds of customers. I'm easy going and get along with everybody so it works out good for me.
