I don’t come from a perfect story. I grew up without a dad, survived an abusive marriage, and spent 15 years building a life with my husband before losing him. I know what it feels like to keep showing up for everyone else while quietly falling apart yourself. That’s exactly why my coaching is different. This is not therapy. I’m a certified life coach with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and years of real-world experience in leadership, communication, and rebuilding your confidence from the ground up.
