I’m not sure where to begin! My husband and I were in town for a town for a tour. Long story short, our tour was cancelled! This has happened to us before with this company and tour! This was one of the couple reasons we made such a quick trip to New York. I found out our trip was cancelled around 11:00 pm! Less than twelve hours before our scheduled tour. My husband was asleep and this is a tour he definitely wanted to do and I went in panic mode and wasn’t sure how I was going to explain to him when he woke up once again we were not taking the said tour we planned! I googled all over the Internet trying to figure out what to do and I ran upon Zettoni limo
And pray they had an option for me to message someone and actually get a response back… I sent my message and received an email stating they usually respond within Four hours… I received a response in less than 45 minutes, remember it was the middle of the night I did this… So I explained in my message what I was looking for and they immediately said they could accommodate my husband and I… it was the BEST experiences we ever had in reference to sightseeing etc. and IZZY our driver was the most respectful, fun and accommodating driver I have ever had… I wish I could give this man in this company more than five stars… I will always use him when I am in town from New York because I am from New Orleans and I recommend if anyone ever needs transportation for any reason you need to make sure you contact this company and definitely ask for Izzy… Thank you again for an amazing day!
