FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several different packages, depending on the needs of both owner and dog. Feel free to inquire about our services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation and a simple question-"How can we help you?". Each owner and their dog(s) have different needs, goals, and situations. Once we learn what concerns you have as an owner, we can advise on what program would best suit your dog and your preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a self taught behaviorist, I have no formal training or certification. What I do have is a long-standing passion for dog behavior, and over a decade of experience actively rehabilitating unstable dogs. I've learned from each dog along the way, as any good behaviorist will tell you the dogs are the best teachers you can find. Through my expertise and passion, I have not only had the opportunity to help dog owners achieve a peaceful relationship with their dogs, but I've also been fortunate enough to help local rescue agencies rehabilitate aggressive or otherwise un-adoptable dogs so that they can find forever homes. Seeing these transformations and the effects it has on the humans surrounding the dog is the best reward!
