Contacted Lawrence on a Friday, expecting to have to wait until the next week to replace my water heater. He had an estimate for me in no time at all and set an appointment after I got home from work the same day. Was polite and professional, swapped out the water heater, stuck around to make sure it started heating as expected, and even sent me a text the next morning to make sure it was fully operational and didn’t cause any problems during the first night after install. Went to great lengths to avoid scuffing up my floors while moving a 200 pound water heater all the way across the house and cleaned up the mess when he was done.
