Mr Parker was so kind and came out the next day. My dryer was not drying clothes and I have elderly parents I care for. He was able to get it working saving me from having to purchase a new one. Very nice man.

Our technician (Quentin) came out on a Saturday and spent @ 4 hours trying to clean out a blocked drain line that was not part of the original problem. The original problem (motor needed to be replaced on the fridge) required that the part be ordered and unfortunately that took over a week to come in. But then Quentin returned and once again went above and beyond to try and fix our blocked drain. I will always ask for Quentin for any future repairs.
