If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Hired Marcus to cut our yard and clear a small area of brush. Talked to him on Wednesday and agreed he would come Friday after 12 pm to do the work. I texted Marcus on Thursday to confirm. Friday at about 1 pm, he texted me and said that he was shorthanded and would have to get to me on Saturday. I told him that was fine and asked him about what time he would be over. He replied that he would be able to start by 3 or 4 pm on Saturday. On Saturday at about 5 pm, he texted me to say that he was about an hour away and was trying to get here before dark. I asked him to please call me so that I could let him know where the brush area was that needed to be cleared. At 6 pm he still wasn’t here. I asked him to call me. He said he was pulling over to call. Didn’t hear from him again. He never came to do the work and didn’t call or text me back. Unreliable, unprofessional, do not recommend.
