- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront flat rate pricing. We do not charge by the hour, but rather by the job. Our prices are the same across the board for the work that we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting pictures and setting expectations so that when I arrive onsite I can be work as quickly as possible. I want to be able to solve your issue as quickly as possible because nobody wants to deal with their plumbing not working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through continuing education classes, as well as many other plumbing specific courses regarding, water quality, water heater training by all the big manufacturers, and other more niche things like sewer machine training. I have worked for 10 years as a plumber doing everything from building hospitals from the ground up to repairing toilets at grandma's house.
