This is a great company to do business with!! Starting with the salesman Chris down to the technician Landon who did an excellent job on advising me with their knowledge and expertise concerning my critter problems.They were professional, efficient and on time.I was very very pleased with Rid-A-Critter. 10/925: UpdatePhotos of the work were provided, and it was done per specification and looks good. 5 Stars!The work was performed on a rental property I own. Pictures of the work were not provided to me. I was informed by the technician, Chad, that they don't provide photos unless requested in advance. I guess can see their side but...Why wouldn't the work be documented regardless of whether or not the client requests it? I assumed in error that it would be. If I ran the company, it would be.At any rate, I'm leaving 3 stars because the work was done (I assume), but I cannot be certain it was, or attest to it's quality because I haven't seen it.They happily took my money on the same day work was performed and have assured me that photos of the work will be provided when they come out next week to check the traps. I'll update my review if they are provided.

Thanks for your feedback! We appreciate the chance to provide service. Most of the time customers are present when the work is done and customers can see it then. We don’t routinely take pictures but can if asked to beforehand. I’ll see about having him take some the next time he there and send them to you.
