My last apartment manager was threatening to charge me $1200 to rip and the carpet and put new in because of stains they said were "Unfixable". I asked for a cleaner and John replied almost immediately with a very affordable price and was willing to show up the very next day. He even was willing to add my tile kitchen for only $15 more. Needless to say I no longer am being threatened to pay $1200 to recarpet the apartment and will be calling John to come give me an estimate for the wood floors on my new house next !
