I initially gave this contractor 4 stars for the work done to clean and repair the gutters on my home. All was well until the first rain received last week when we saw that the gutter was not properly attached allowing the rain to pour down in between the space left due to the shoddy work done. Joe was immediately contacted and sent the laborer back out to our home only to defend his work and not address the problem. Joe was contacted again and stated that he would personally come out to address the problem, we haven't seen him yet. Beware, this contractor is not professional - great lip service, lacks follow through - once you pay him its a wrap. I am rescinding my original rating of 4 stars to 1 - they showed up. Money down the gutter!

I had originally gave this company a 5 star rating. But I am going to have to change that because just a couple of days after they left I noticed my lights were still dimming when my coffee pot was on. I messaged joe he said he would send the guy back out that had done the rewiring this was on March the 2nd I have sent numerous messages and called both of them. Since then he is always supposed to come out but never does. Its worse than it was before they came, every light in my house blinks when my washer spins. If they do come out to at least check this I will update.
