- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will be based on all of your needs and also how far you are located. First time customer will always receive an average price range for the task that needs to be done. If it’s a recurring job you will receive a $10.00 discount after the first cleaning. Also recommendation to other whom may need our services will get you a discount as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is straight forward at Hubbard’s Cleaning we want to develop a relationship with our clients let them know we are here to cater to there needs. Also please provide us with your square footage and specific details about your cleaning needs so that we can provide you with the most accurate quote.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work in my youth age. My mom was a housekeeper at an hotel located in Homewood, AL. She’d take me to work with her almost everyday and seeing her do that made me want to start in this field of work. While going to work with her I started helping her get her rooms dusted,vaccum and cleaning this bathrooms.
