We had them come and do a deep cleaning as well as steam clean the carpets and polish hardwood floors. The job was done extremely well and the pricing was reasonable for the quality of the work done. I will definitely plan to use them again!

I am very happy with the quality of work provided by Mighty Muscle Cleaning; due to logistics a previously elected vendor was unable to service my home. Kathy was very accommodating and able to step in and add my job to the schedule. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!! Terrible job paid $175 for not even half of the things that was quoted in my price to not be done. Kathy only made excuses of why she couldn’t do. She actually left my house knowing she didn’t complete the job. I had to call her, no answer left vm, also sent two messages for her to only respond the next day with excuse and that she can come back Saturday! But I paid her in full (cash)
Baseboards wasn’t cleaned, behind refrigerator and stove wasn’t cleaned, blinds wasn’t cleaned(all these items there was nothing in her way) anything that she did move wasn’t replaced. I actually had to go back behind her once she left to work on completing the job. Then she had the nerves to ask can she have a bottle of water before she left! Oh and not to forget didn’t even have required cleaning supplies, I let her use mine.
And then tried to insult me about saying how dirt the tub was and hard to clean. Ma’am the tub wasn’t hard to clean the issue was that you didn’t have what was needed to clean it, no one can clean a tub sitting on the side of it partially bending over into it to scrub along with using one of my cups to to rinse the tub out.
Do not book!!!

This customer paid for a move out clean but has not moved out. When I arrived at the home trash random blow up furniture and trash bags were everywhere. She had boxes and an extra microwave all on the kitchen counter and a food In the refrigerator. Now I explain to her that a move out clean is a final cleaning. During the cleaning she stated “just do the best you can”. Now as a courtesy I offered to come back on Saturday since she had a section 8 inspection on Monday. Then she changed to Friday. At that point it became obvious to me that she had no intention of moving out and bought the cheap service and then tried to get more than what she paid for.
